Greg Wheaton is an extraordinarily talented acoustic fingerstyle guitarist. Emerging from the Chicagoland area, Greg’s music has invited and inspired the ears of many faithful fans. He names guitar great, Phil Keaggy, as his biggest acoustic influence, and has a repertoire of techniques simliar to those used by Andy McKee, Antoine Dufour, and Craig D’Andrea. Utilizing percussion & rhythm, natural & slap harmonics, and left & right-hand tapping, his compositions have thoughtful precision, contemplative melodies, and sensitive interpretation.
